4. Comic Book Opera – This MAP performance task requires students to view an opera and create a comic book representing the opera along with a letter explaining the process and reasoning used in creating their book.
What a wonderful project. Granted, P. Craig Russell‘s (I really need to read his Salome) been doing this for, well, decades. But this seems like the sort of curriculum addition that Neil Cohn would approve.
